The Riverside looked glorious in the trailer but these ratings are not so hot. These are the very underwhelming ratings that Middlesbrough players have received on the FIFA 17 Beta version. Now, of course, these probably won't be the final ratings before the full release of the game on September 27th.

Here's a rundown of some Boro's ratings in FIFA 17's Beta and if there is any change from FIFA 16.

Victor Valdes

FIFA 17 rating: 81(-1)

George Friend

FIFA 17 rating: 72(+3)

Ben Gibson

FIFA 17 rating: 68(+6)

Daniel Ayala

FIFA 17 rating: 72(+1)

Antonio Barragan

FIFA 17 rating: 75(-1)

Grant Leadbitter

FIFA 17 rating: 70(+1)

Adam Clayton

FIFA 17 rating: 72(+4)

Albert Adomah

FIFA 17 rating: 74(+2)

Cristhian Stuani

FIFA 17 rating: 71(-3)

Stewart Downing

FIFA 17 rating: 74(-1)

Alvaro Negredo

FIFA 17 rating: 81( 0)

However, the fact that poor old Ben Gibson is rated just 68 and George Friend is only a 72 is still very disappointing.

"They are the upgrades from the FIFA 16 squad", said Chris Stevens who has played the Beta.

"But we were always going to be underrated due to just getting promoted. If we stay up, then they will be better in FIFA 18."
