EA Sports Wants The UEFA License For FIFA 16
According to International Business Times, EA Sports is vying for the licenses that Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) once held for the upcoming FIFA 16.
EA Sports has their sights set on the UEFA license for the FIFA 16 game, which currently belongs to Konami. The license has been with Konami since 2009 but in the past it has been ping ponging between EA and Konami.
If the EA was to obtain the license, there is a strong possibility that it would be introduced in the Career Mode competition, after replacing the current Champions and European Cup tournaments.
The fact that EA still has the rights for UEFA's international Cup competition, there has been many predictions that EA will release a new UEFA Euro 2016. Another rumor that has been going around, is that, EA plans to add North American Soccer league's lower division and Major League Soccer in FIFA 16.
All these rumors and predictions will be cleared at the upcoming E3 2015 conference.
